Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming inquiries into successful admissions by clearly explaining program features, advantages, and enrollment procedures
Provide personalized counseling to students and parents to support informed decision-making
Consistently meet monthly admission and conversion targets
Connect with prospects through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, webinars, and virtual sessions
Perform timely follow-ups to maintain student interest and close admissions efficiently
Update all student information, follow-up status, and activity logs accurately in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth and professional admission experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, sales, academic counseling, or related roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle student queries confidently and recommend suitable courses
Target-oriented mindset with disciplined follow-up habits
Experience using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
