We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves managing student file documentation, making follow-up calls for payments, maintaining accurate admission data records, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize student files and records
Make follow-up calls regarding fee payments
Assist in compiling and documenting admission data
Support general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and office coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
