smart, organized, and friendly Admin Coordinator
who can manage daily operations and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student & parent inquiries (online + offline).
Manage class schedules, attendance, and records.
Collect and track fees; maintain proper payment reports.
Coordinate with teachers and provide administrative support.
Manage WhatsApp groups, calls, and messages.
Update social media pages and share announcements.
Assist with events, exams, and marketing activities.
Required Skills
Good
communication
&
problem-solving
skills.
Basic computer knowledge
(MS Excel / Google Sheets).
Ability to manage
multiple tasks
efficiently.
Familiarity with
social media
(Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Prior experience in an educational institute is a plus but
not mandatory
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
