Key Responsibilities:

Connect with leads (inbound and outbound) via calls, emails, and Zoom meetings. Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learners' goals and suggest suitable courses/programs. Convert leads into enrollments by following up persistently and overcoming objections. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue-based targets. Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to align on student needs. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). 0-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or consultative selling. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US time zones). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and target-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
