Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Admission Officer to manage and support the student enrollment process. The selected candidate will handle inquiries, guide students and parents through the admission procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Guide students and parents through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain and update admission records and databases.
Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation programs.
Follow up with leads and work toward achieving admission targets.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for admission campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
1-2 years of experience in admissions or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission software.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
