Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Train and mentor new technicians on best practices in HVAC service and repair. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role within the HVAC industry. Strong mechanical skills with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with schematics, refrigeration systems, plumbing, and welding techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
