Role Summary:
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of all AC & HVAC systems across
all Be Well Hospitals units
.Key Responsibilities:
Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of AC systems Manage split, centralized, VRF/VRV AC units Attend emergency issues and minimize downtime Coordinate with unit teams and vendors Maintain basic service records
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in AC & Refrigeration 3-6 years experience (Hospital/large facility preferred) Willing to travel across units
