Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and related equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems.
Install and replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and filters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and HVAC regulations.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Prepare cost estimates for repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Work with tools such as gauges, vacuum pumps, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices.
Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues to clients clearly.
