Install, operate, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems including split ACs, package units, and central HVAC systems.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems in critical areas such as OT, ICU, NICU, Emergency, wards, and labs.
Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters as per hospital standards.
Perform preventive maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and exhaust systems.
Replace filters, belts, motors, compressors, and other HVAC components as required.
Attend HVAC breakdowns on priority, especially in patient care areas.
Maintain records of HVAC maintenance, breakdowns, and daily log sheets.
Ensure compliance with infection control, NABH, and safety standards.
Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and inspections.
Follow safety procedures while handling refrigerants and electrical components.
Support energy-saving initiatives and efficient system operation.
Be available for shift duties and emergency call-outs.
