Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units Recharge refrigerant and check for leaks Replace or repair defective components (compressors, motors, thermostats, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions Maintain service records and report work completed Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent Proven experience as an AC / HVAC Technician Good knowledge of split, window, cassette, ducted, and central AC systems Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to work in various environments

Experience

1-5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

HVAC certification (if applicable) Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
