JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: AC Technician

Salary: 15,000 ~20,000 per month + Overtime (OT)

Work Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, ductable, package units, and chiller systems).*
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AC units.*
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cooling, mechanical, and electrical components.*
Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, filters, and fans.*
Ensure all HVAC work complies with safety standards and company policies.*
Respond to emergency repair calls and provide timely service.*
Maintain records of work performed and report to the supervisor.*

Requirements

ITI/Diploma/Technical certification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.*
1-3 years of hands-on work experience (India or UAE).*
Ability to read and understand technical drawings/manuals.*
Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and wiring.*
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.*
Physically fit and able to work in different environments.*
Good communication skills in English or Hindi (Arabic is a plus).*
