Job Description

HVAC technician (Malls ) needs to check regularly on air conditioning systems by cleaning, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing components like coils, filters, refrigerants, and electrical connections to ensure efficiency, comfort, and air quality, preventing costly breakdowns through routine checks and timely service.

Key Maintenance Tasks

Cleaning:

Air filters, evaporator/condenser coils, drain lines, and ducts.

Inspections:

Checking electrical connections, refrigerant levels, ductwork integrity, and overall system components.

Adjustments:

Calibrating thermostats, adjusting controls, and ensuring proper airflow.

Lubrication:

Oiling moving parts to reduce friction.

Diagnostics:

Using tools to test pressure, temperature, and performance.

Prevents Breakdowns:

Proactive service catches small issues before they become major failures.

Increases Efficiency:

Clean and well-adjusted systems use less energy.

Improves Air Quality:

Clean filters and ducts reduce allergens and dust.

Extends System Life:

Regular care keeps equipment running longer.

Ensures Safety:

Checks for refrigerant leaks and electrical hazards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
