Job Title: AC Technician

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split AC, window AC, VRF/VRV units, and central cooling systems Perform routine inspection and troubleshooting of HVAC systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of units Recharge refrigerants and check pressure levels Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, filters, coils, etc. Maintain service records and report issues to the supervisor Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines Provide on-site customer support and handle service calls professionally
Required Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AC installation and maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals Good communication and customer-handling skills Physically fit and willing to work in indoor/outdoor environments UAE / GCC experience preferred (optional)
