Installation, maintenance, and repair of split, window, cassette, and central AC units.
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
Gas charging and checking refrigerant levels.
Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Maintaining tools and ensuring job site safety.
Coordinating with customers and preparing service reports.
Helper Responsibilities:
Assisting technician during AC installation and service.
Handling tools, materials, and basic cleaning of units.
Supporting field service work and learning technical skills.
Following all safety guidelines.
Requirements
Technician:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Helper:
Basic education, physically fit, and willing to learn.
Must be ready to work in the field across Delhi/NCR.
