Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile AC Technician cum Electrician with plumbing knowledge to join our facilities team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, as well as performing electrical and plumbing tasks to ensure smooth operations of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Install, troubleshoot, and repair various air conditioning systems (split, window, duct, etc.).
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
Carry out electrical maintenance including wiring, switches, circuit boards, and lighting systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults ensuring safety standards.
Perform plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, leak repairs, drainage maintenance, and fixture installations.
Inspect equipment regularly and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain records of services performed and report major issues.
Assist in energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvements.

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical/Plumbing trade.
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in AC servicing, electrical, and plumbing works.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and technical manuals.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
