Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician with

2-3 years of relevant experience

to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems at our facilities, and must be willing to travel within Kerala for work as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

installation

, maintenance, repair, and servicing of various air conditioning systems (split, window, package units, etc.) Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of AC systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, including identifying issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, thermostats, etc. Clean AC units: filters, coils, drain lines, condensers etc., to prevent breakdowns Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and ensure proper handling of refrigerants in accordance with environmental and safety standards Maintain records of work done, parts used, and inspections performed Be available for emergency breakdowns or repairs when needed Travel to different sites/facilities across Kerala for service and maintenance visits Ensure compliance with safety norms, company policies, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

' experience in AC installation, maintenance, repair in a commercial/industrial setting Technical / Vocational training or Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical / Electrical Trade, or related field Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, HVAC principles Knowledge of refrigerants, safety in handling chemicals and electrical equipment Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation blueprints Valid driver's license preferred (to enable travel) Immediate joiner preferred

Skills & Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills Good manual dexterity and ability to work in physically demanding conditions Detail-oriented, with an ability to plan maintenance schedules and manage time efficiently Team player, but able to work independently when required

Other Requirements:

Willing to travel across Kerala for service calls Flexibility in working hours when needed (for emergencies or breakdowns) Must adhere to safety protocols (eye protection, gloves, proper handling of refrigerants, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
