Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to join our Mitsubishi Electric AC showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Mitsubishi Electric air-conditioning products, and supporting the overall showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed product information about Mitsubishi Electric AC units, features, technology, and pricing. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable AC models, capacity, and solutions. Demonstrate product features, energy efficiency benefits, and warranty details. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain showroom display standards, ensuring all products are clean, presentable, and updated with correct labels. Coordinate with the sales, installation, and service teams for customer order processing and after-sales support. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and follow-up records. Stay updated with product knowledge, new technologies, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service (experience in AC or home appliance industry is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical product details and explain them simply to customers. Good negotiation and sales skills. Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email).
