Sarwin Air Conditioner is hiring

AC Service Helpers

to assist senior technicians in installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioners. Candidates with

any degree or diploma

can apply. Hard-working and dedicated helpers will receive a

salary hike after one month

based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians in installation and service of AC units. Support in gas filling, wiring, cleaning, and maintenance work. Carry tools and materials safely to job sites. Maintain cleanliness and safety during work. Learn and grow to handle independent service work over time.

Requirements

Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma

. Age: 18-35 years. Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in AC or electrical work preferred. Willingness to travel to nearby service areas. Basic communication in Tamil.

Salary & Benefits

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on performance).

Salary hike after 1 month

based on work.

Incentives up to ₹20,000 - ?30,000

monthly. Travel & food support provided. Growth opportunity to become a senior technician.
