Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AC Repairing Instructor to train students in air conditioning maintenance and repair. The instructor will be responsible for delivering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training to help students gain industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions on AC installation, maintenance, fault detection, and repair. Prepare training materials, manuals, and schedules. Demonstrate the use of tools, equipment, and safety protocols. Assess student performance through practical and written tests. Ensure lab equipment is functional and well-maintained. Guide students on job readiness, fieldwork, and industry practices.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field. Prior teaching or industry experience (0-2 years). Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Basic understanding of modern AC systems, including split, window, and inverter types.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
