AC Project Coordinator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee air conditioning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction through effective coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate ongoing air conditioning (AC) installation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address on-ground challenges. Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address queries. Follow up with vendors and technicians to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Prepare project reports and documentation for internal review. Identify risks and propose practical solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or AC project coordination. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
