Job Description
To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls.
2. In the Tele calling job, the individual needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
3. To route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
4. To connect with the potential customer via telephone to promote services.
5. To explain the benefits of processing visa at Abroad Gateway to potential clients.
6. To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
7. To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
8. To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
9. Report to branch manager every day.
