Job Description


Opportunity As a strategist for ABM campaigns, you will be working with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create best-in-class ABM strategies for different regions at Maersk. Your understanding of the digital advertising space and also 3rd party vendor relationships will help you assess the best partnerships to drive optimal outcomes for these campaigns. You will have the support of insights, creative and other functions to drive the right approach forward. Your strategies will need to be KPI driven to ensure that these can be measured effectively. Play a key role in designing and developing the end-to-end full-funnel ABM/ABX strategy. Provide well-articulated expertise/guidance on digital marketing strategies in Account Based Marketing. Plan, manage, and improve multi-channel ABM and paid mediacampaigns/experiments. Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize Consider A/B testing to see how we can optimise for better performance Get a 360-degree view of the customer by capturing data across online and offline touchpoints. Work closely with the regional team - ensuring a constant feedback loop and incorporating insights. Optimize campaign funnel conversion rates andacquisition/activationcosts. Collaborate with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives. Measure and report on campaign performance and ensure demand generation and sales goals are met. Partner with regional Campaign Managers to build integrated campaign motions Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes. Enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts. Document processes and best practices in our handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference Requirements: Between 3-5 years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience, ideally in B2B Between 3-5 years of hands-on paidacquisition/performanceexperience. Solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that use live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking. Experience in creating, launching campaigns, (specifically Linkedin) and reporting its results. Considerableexpertisein developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously. Strong knowledge of campaign optimization practices to maximize CVRs while achieving CPA goals. Working experience with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus. Experience with intent data tools such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, or Madison Logic is preferred Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is preferred A thorough understanding of full-funnel search, display, and social campaigns. Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data and take action on it. Keen ability to be able to understand the long-term objectives and how to prioritize our current efforts to get there. Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines and exceed expectations
