Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
ABM Sales Executive
to design and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns focused on high-value accounts. This role combines sales acumen with marketing expertise to engage key stakeholders, accelerate pipeline growth, and close deals in alignment with Pentoz's IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-potential enterprise accounts.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to create personalized outreach and engagement plans.
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and build strong relationships.
Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, events, and personalized content.
Qualify leads generated from ABM campaigns and manage the sales pipeline to closure.
Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement, measure success, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market intelligence and customer insights.
Achieve or exceed pipeline and revenue targets aligned with ABM efforts.
Represent Pentoz Technology in client meetings, industry events, and webinars focused on key accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in sales or marketing roles with a focus on ABM, B2B sales, or demand generation.
Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital transformation technologies.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
Ability to analyze data and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred:
Experience in IT services or technology consulting companies.
Knowledge of sales and marketing alignment best practices.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and ABM platforms.
