Role:
- Owner of Brand communications including design, language, tone and user engagement.
- Develop social media plan/calendar, including content strategies and campaigns, with an emphasis on setting strategic goals, developing metrics, defining audiences and identifying key tactical frameworks.
- Work closely with creative team to deliver highly engaging content across all campaigns.
- Drive all communication channels including social media, website, Apps, Blog & other assets
- Ideate social media and interactive marketing trends to maintain high brand equity
- Provide reporting and analysis of results, including strategic recommendations and tactical tips that are directly related to insights.
- Manage repository of communications assets & build detailed documents, presentations including comprehensive strategic plans & reports
- Should constantly engage with social media, marketing and PR agencies to ensure brand deliverables
- Collaborate with the Product team to manage product updates and newsletters, and to communicate new features and product hacks to build customer engagement and enable users to leverage.
- Plan & execute influencer marketing campaigns to build brand equity
Experience & Requirements:
- Master's degree with specialization in Brand Communications
- 6+ years of experience in managing B2C or e-commerce brands.
- Have launched ATL & OOH campaigns
- Experience in managing agency deliverables and inhouse teams.
- Should be Social Media Ninja to keep the brand communications highly engaging.
