Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management (OM):

Assist in configuring order types, pricing strategies, and fulfillment flows. Support order capture, orchestration, and status tracking. Help troubleshoot order processing issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to streamline order workflows.

Procurement (PO):

Support setup of procurement business units, suppliers, and purchasing documents. Assist in configuring approval workflows and procurement contracts. Help manage supplier onboarding and catalog management. Participate in testing and validation of procurement transactions.

General Functional Tasks:

Document business requirements and functional specifications. Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support. Assist in data migration using FBDI templates. Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM & PO). Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications or Oracle EBS. Familiarity with FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field. Oracle SCM Cloud Certification (OM or Procurement). * Internship or project experience in ERP systems.
