Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger (GL):

Assist in configuring chart of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, and accounting calendars. Support journal entries, allocations, and financial reporting. Help reconcile accounts and troubleshoot GL-related issues. Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Costing:

Support setup of cost organizations, cost books, and cost elements. Assist in configuring standard and actual costing methods. Help analyze cost variances and prepare costing reports. Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams for cost integration.

Risk Management:

Assist in configuring controls and risk frameworks in Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Support audit trails, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring. Help document and track risk mitigation activities. Participate in internal control testing and reporting.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, Costing, Risk). Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications or Oracle EBS Financials. Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Oracle Financials Cloud Certification (GL or Risk). * Internship or project experience in ERP systems.
