Develop and maintain metadata, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
Create and manage calculation scripts, Groovy rules, and data maps.
Data Integration & Automation:
Integrate PBCS with ERP systems using
Data Management

FDMEE
, or
EPM Automate
.
Automate data loads, validations, and transformation processes.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
Planning & Forecasting:
Translate business requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Collaborate with FP&A teams to optimize planning cycles and reporting.
Build and maintain reports using
Smart View
,
FR Studio
, and
Management Reporting
.
Client Engagement & Support:
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Document functional specifications and user guides.
Required Skills:
4-6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 2-3 years in PBCS.
Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning models.
Hands-on experience with PBCS configuration, business rules, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in
Smart View
,
Groovy scripting
, and
EPM Automate
.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (PBCS or EPBCS).
Experience with other EPM modules like
FCCS

ARCS

EDMCS
.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
