Design and implement marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and lead scoring models.
Customize Eloqua to support specific business processes and marketing strategies.
Configure Custom Data Objects (CDOs), segmentation, and data sync processes.
Integration & Automation:
Integrate Eloqua with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce).
Use Eloqua APIs for advanced integrations and custom solutions.
Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations.
Campaign Management & Analytics:
Analyze email campaign performance and optimize delivery and engagement.
Create dashboards and reports using Eloqua Insight and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Documentation & Support:
Develop functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Eloqua users.
Stay updated with Oracle Eloqua product enhancements and best practices.
Required Skills:
4-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua.
Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and CRM integration.
Proficiency in Eloqua configuration, campaign design, and lead management.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for email and landing page customization).
Experience with Eloqua APIs and integration tools.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Eloqua Certification.
Experience with Salesforce or Oracle Sales Cloud.
Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy standards.
