Promote and detail products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
2. Territory Management
Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize coverage, frequency of calls, and brand visibility.
Plan daily call schedules and route plans.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and address customer concerns.
Support hospitals/pharmacies with product knowledge and relevant materials.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, competitor brands, therapeutic areas, and market trends.
Participate in training sessions, conferences, and medical seminars.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, call reports, sample distribution, and market insights.
Report sales performance, competitor activities, and customer needs to management.
Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and company SOPs.
6. Compliance & Ethical Practices
Follow all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to pharmaceutical/medical product promotion.
