We are seeking a skilled and experienced ABB PLC Programmer to join our team. As an ABB PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting ABB Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for various industrial automation projects. Your primary focus will be on developing PLC programs that meet the specific requirements of our clients and ensuring the seamless integration of the PLC systems with other automation components.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand the automation requirements and develop PLC program specifications.

Design, program, and configure ABB PLC systems to control and monitor industrial processes and equipment.

Develop and implement Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens for operator interaction and control.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure proper functionality and adherence to project requirements.

Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams to integrate PLC systems with other automation devices and equipment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during system commissioning and startup.

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including program logic, configuration details, and user manuals.

Stay updated with the latest ABB PLC technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in programming and configuring ABB PLC systems.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD), or Ladder Diagram (LD).

Strong knowledge of ABB PLC hardware, software, and communication protocols.

Experience with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) development tools.

Familiarity with industrial automation concepts, processes, and equipment.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics and control system drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
