Core Strengths:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaborative mindset Willingness to take ownership and responsibility Eagerness to learn and grow in the SAP ecosystem Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

Technical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of programming concepts (preferably in object-oriented programming) Familiarity with SAP ABAP is expected; ABAP certification is highly preferred Knowledge of SAP MM or FI modules is a plus, but not mandatory Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Enthusiasm for enterprise technologies and real-world business applications

4. What You Will Do

Participate in hands-on ABAP learning and interna development initiatives Get trained on SAP ABAP fundamentals and SmartDocs-specific development standards Work closely with senior developers and mentors for guidance and skill-building Explore how ABAP is used in enterprise applications (ECC & S/4HANA) Practice debugging, basic coding, and logic building in a guided environment Understand the technical architecture behind source-to-pay solutions Contribute to internal knowledge bases, documentation, and team collaboration
