Job Title: ABA Therapist || Applied Behavior Analysis

Location: Moradabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist to work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an ABA Therapist, you will design and implement behavioral intervention plans, work with clients and their families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Assessments: Assess clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement Interventions: Design and implement ABA-based interventions to promote positive behavioral change

- Work with Clients: Work directly with clients, implementing treatment plans and providing support

- Collaborate with Families: Educate and support clients' families, providing guidance on behavioral strategies and interventions

- Data Collection: Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

- Education: BA or MA in Psychology or a related field (e.g., Special Education, Behavioral Science)

- ABA Training: Certification in ABA or completion of ABA coursework/training programs (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA)

- Experience: Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
