Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Implement therapeutic strategies in 1:1 or group settings
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including families, teachers, and medical professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and ethical standards
Provide parent training and support
Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
