We are a plant based out of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible AAC Plant Incharge to oversee complete plant operations--from raw material management and production planning to quality control, maintenance coordination, and manpower management. The candidate must ensure efficient production with minimal wastage and consistently high product quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in AAC blocks manufacturing or similar precast concrete/brick/block industry.
Strong knowledge of mixing, foaming, rising, cutting, and autoclave processes.
Leadership, people management, production planning & problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
