Role primarily involves dealing with end customers via chat, responsibilities include answering customer queries related to the motor servicing as well as answering generic, non-generic specific questions related to product cover/moto servicing.
Candidates with voice background & prior web chat experience with UK or US client will be preferred.
Experience of Webchat/e-mailing process with more than 3 concurrency, flexi shift and weekend working are most desirable. Essential Functions
Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per standard procedures.
Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met.
Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters.
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of Customer concerns.
Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor.
Eligibility:
Graduate with 1 year experience
1-year international BPO experience voice and web chat would be preferred.
Any customer service experience
