Work you\'ll doAs a Team Member in our Audit Advisory team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.Technical Capability: Thorough knowledge of Indian GAAP and some theoretical knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS. Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards and enthusiastically research into technical accounting issues. Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with new developments relating to Ind AS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership Capability: Manage relationships, take ownership of the activities assigned and contribute towards the growth of the firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research new developments and updates within the Ind AS technical field Responsible for approving final billing for review by the Partner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the audit/reviews in accordance with firm methodology to comply with the auditing standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Ind AS consultation and support \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Ind AS training material and facilitate training \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely Communication with client as well as with the audit manager on audit issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good level of knowledge of companies act requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident and decisive and pro-active \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to make presentations for diverse audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to build substantive expertise \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player who can also work very independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Adheres to principles and values \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to gather information and analyse problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Presentation and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good writing and reporting skillsQualifications

• Good writing and reporting skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified Chartered Accountant with not more than 3 attempts in CA Final. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional understanding of the Ind AS/ IFRS recognition
