We are looking for enthusiastic A3 Printer Engineers with good technical knowledge of HP and Canon A3 printers. Candidate who have strong understanding of printer technology and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of A3 printers at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and setup of A3 printers (HP & Canon)
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related printer issues
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
Assist in repairing and replacing printer parts such as rollers, fuser units, drums, belts and power supplies
Handle service calls under supervision (for freshers)
Maintain service records and job sheets
Ensure timely support and customer satisfaction
Learn and follow company service standards and procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic to good knowledge of A3 Laser Printers (HP & Canon preferred)
Understanding of printer components and working mechanisms
Knowledge of printer drivers, firmware, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Ability to identify common printer errors and fault codes
Willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting.
Eligibility Criteria:
ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or related field.
Experienced in printer servicing will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for field service.
