Job description for AR Caller/Associate:- As an Accounts Receivable Caller/Associate, the incumbent should be aware of US Medical Billing, CPT & ICD 10 codes, Modifiers, denials from payers who can call insurance companies in US to get claim status. Experience: 6 months to 3 years. Roles And Responsibilities:-
- Follow up on the claims for collection of payments.
- Appeal to Insurances for pending claims.
- EOB analysis and work on rejections.
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.

Should be willing to work in US shift. Desired Profile:-
- Any graduate/Undergraduate
- Should be an excellent communicator with very good interpersonal relationship and great team building capacity
- Proficient in computers and internet usage with good command over MS Word, MS Excel and keyboard skills
- Good analytical and numerical abilities and should be excellent in simple mathematical calculations
- Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
