Job Title: Chartered Accountant Location: Ludhiana Experience: 3-6 years (Post CA Qualification) About the Role We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at BD Bansal & Co. The ideal candidate should be proficient in core accounting functions and committed to delivering high-quality financial services while adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage tax compliance, including planning, filing, and advisory. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS. Provide financial and strategic advice to clients for effective decision-making. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, laws, and ethical practices. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve financial queries. Be open to occasional travel for client engagements. Requirements Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Statutory audit and tax compliance experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client management skills. Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively. Open to working without a COP Certificate of Practice
