Designation: Sr Executive - Accounts

Reporting to: AVP Finance

Location: Mumbai (Andheri MIDC)

Education: MBA(Finance)

Experience: 5-10 years

Job description :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work closely with the head of finance for all MIS reporting

- Managing all transactions, maintaining data accuracy and authenticity in Tally software

- Coordination with all externals/internal management on receivables/payments, for revenue tracking & management.

- Responsible for handing compliances, audit & taxation queries with authorities.

- Responsible for payroll process and its compliances, GST / Tax payments, Prof Tax / TDS filing, TDS returns and other filings.

- Treasury and efficient cash and expense tracking.

- General banking operations, including visiting compliance office / banks etc.

- Tracking milestones for invoicing based on contract agreements.

- Periodic reconciliation of receivables and revenues accurately.

- Responsible for preparation of financial statements, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- Calm and composed persona, maturity to deal with staff across all levels, high sense of accountability, eye for details, perform under pressure, planning & organizing skills.

- Ability to fit into an open work culture without compromising on performance & results.

- Excellent subject / domain knowledge of various accounting standards and best practices.

- Sound in accounting softwares, especially Tally.

- Experience with Media, Graphics & Entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
