Job Summary:

Alans Academy is hiring

Class 8 subject tutors

(all subjects) to record high-quality video classes based on the

Kerala State Syllabus

. Tutors must teach in

Malayalam or English medium

and be available for

studio recordings at our Kozhikode center

. This is a flexible,

hourly contract-based

role best suited for experienced teachers or subject experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and record Class 8 syllabus-aligned lessons Explain concepts clearly in Malayalam or English medium Plan lessons in coordination with the academic team Ensure video classes are engaging, exam-focused, and conceptually strong Teach with confidence in front of a camera and board

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant subject Experience teaching Kerala State Syllabus (preferred) B.Ed preferred but not mandatory Fluent in Malayalam and/or English Confident presentation and teaching clarity
