Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Boiler Operator

to operate, monitor, and maintain the boiler system used in our food and beverage manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe boiler operations, compliance with statutory safety norms, and uninterrupted steam supply for production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor boiler systems as per standard operating procedures Ensure safe start-up, shutdown, and continuous operation of boilers Maintain correct pressure, temperature, and water levels Carry out routine inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the boiler Maintain daily boiler operation logs and records Monitor fuel consumption and boiler efficiency Ensure compliance with boiler safety rules, factory safety norms, and statutory regulations Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations Immediately report any malfunction, leakage, or abnormal operation Follow safety, hygiene, and plant SOPs at all times

Compliance & Safety Responsibilities

Strictly follow

Boiler Act

, safety rules, and plant safety guidelines Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities Maintain cleanliness around boiler and utility areas

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Boiler Operation or equivalent certification Valid

Boiler Operator Certificate

(as per state regulations) Minimum

1 years experience

in an industrial or food manufacturing setup preferred Knowledge of boiler safety standards and emergency procedures

Skills Required

Good understanding of boiler operations and controls Ability to read pressure gauges and temperature indicators Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills Attention to safety and compliance Ability to maintain logs and records

Plant Manager / Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
