to ensure workplace hygiene, orderliness, and operational efficiency by implementing and auditing the 5S system (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in our beverage manufacturing facility.
This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment aligned with industry best practices and quality compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the 5S methodology across all factory departments.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure 5S principles are being followed consistently.
Prepare and maintain 5S checklists, audit reports, and improvement action plans.
Coordinate with production, QA, and hygiene teams to close gaps identified during audits.
Train and guide floor staff and operators on 5S standards and hygiene protocols.
Support cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety initiatives.
Report deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions for sustained hygiene.
Lead weekly 5S reviews and improvement discussions with departmental teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Industrial Management, Food Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hygiene auditing or 5S implementation in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
Strong observational and documentation skills.
Knowledge of factory hygiene, food safety norms, and workplace safety practices.
Familiarity with ISO, FSSAI, or other food industry compliance standards is a plus.
Must be proactive, disciplined, and quality-oriented.
