Role Overview

We are urgently hiring

5G RAN Protocol Developers

for

Layer 1 and Layer 2

development with staggered onboarding. The role involves hands-on development, integration, testing, and optimization of

5G NR gNodeB protocol software

in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and test

5G NR protocol software

for gNodeB (Layer 1 / Layer 2). Contribute to

LLD, feature development, integration, and verification

. Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams for

system integration and testing

. Debug complex protocol issues, perform

log analysis

, and optimize performance. Ensure high-quality deliverables with continuous performance improvements. Document development activities, design decisions, and test results. Collaborate in

Agile/Scrum teams

across global locations.
Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience in

LTE / 5G NR Layer 1 and/or Layer 2

protocol development. Strong knowledge of

3GPP specifications

(L1, L2, L3). Experience with

MAC Scheduler

and Layer 2 protocols. Understanding of

L1-L2 and L2-L3 interfaces

. Proficiency in

C / C++ programming

. Experience debugging

gNodeB issues

, log analysis, and protocol traces. Knowledge of networking protocols:

TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP

. Experience working in

Agile methodologies

. Familiarity with

Git, Gerrit, Jira

and related tools.
