Client products can emulate network functions and control and data plane traffic for millions of subscribers consuming IMS and over-the-top services in 5G, LTE, GSM, UMTS, eHRPD and Wi-Fi networks. Responsibilities
As a member of our Professional Services team provide customers and end users with product and technical support by performing the following duties:
Test preparation (test equipment/performances/feasibility validation) On-site test or training deliveries with Spirent test equipment. Off-site or on-site test report writing for related test deliveries. Other duties as assigned/required. Diverse problem solving requires evaluating best practices - both for high customer satisfaction and higher process efficiency within the team. Decision-making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
