Delivering professional services using our client mobile network testing products for a major mobile Operator.Client products can emulate network functions and control and data plane traffic for millions of subscribers consuming IMS and over-the-top services in 5G, LTE, GSM, UMTS, eHRPD and Wi-Fi networks.
The member of our technical staff must rapidly establish him or herself within client org as a multiple subject-matter expert, a mentor, a contributor, a learner, a listener, and a team player. Responsibilities
- As a member of our Professional Services team provide customers and end users with product and technical support by performing the following duties:
Test preparation (test equipment/performances/feasibility validation)
On-site test or training deliveries with Spirent test equipment.
Off-site or on-site test report writing for related test deliveries.
Other duties as assigned/required.
Diverse problem solving requires evaluating best practices - both for high customer satisfaction and higher process efficiency within the team.
Decision-making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
Skills
Must have- Understanding of Protocol and Packet Core domain on 2G,3G, 4G, 5G Core & WiFi technologies
- Understanding of UE, 3G/2G Core, LTE Core & 5G Core network architecture
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Preferred to have worked in a Service provider environment on the technical side
- Preferred to have experience with testing tools Spirent Landslide, Ixia, EXFO
- Preferred to have knowledge of protocols GMM, MM, RANAP, S1-AP, SCPT, X2AP, GTP, S Series & N Series, Diameter, Radius
- Preferred to have knowledge of 3GPP Specifications for 3G, LTE & 5G
- Preferred to have Understanding of NFVi infrastructure and Containers
- Preferred to have Knowledge in OpenStack KVM, VMware Ubuntu & Redhat.
