Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Responsibilities : Performance management, 3rdParty, POI & IRU, infra partners, IP & non-IP vendors OEM Performance feedback Escalation point for regional head New POP, Ring Split, Network Resiliency, Migration of Critical EoL Equipment, Opex Saving Project & Implementation Sample audit/field validation of preventive & corrective actions Execution of Network Audit action items Approval and Project Management of all sustenance projects Physical audit & CAPA of Fiber route/passive infrastructure of ME incidents Deviation approvals of SD on Customer ring/linear connectivity/Temp OHF, A2UG Ensure adequate spares availability Emergency/unplanned activities for network improvement (Access, OSP & Infra) CAPEX and OPEX Regional Invoice processing/reconciling service partner, 3rdParty, POI & IRU, Non- IP and Core sites Database sign-off IP, non-IP & CPE Opex E-NFA/ PR approval for Repair & Maintenance / Power & Fuel Maintenance of Copper & DSLAM, GPON Access Network Skills: Good knowledge of eToM/ ITIL processes and their implementation Managing compliance with Audits as per ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and documentation adherence Incident/ Problem/ and Change Management Involving all Cross functional teams within and outside organization based on severity of issue Ensuring availability of IR / RFO/ RCA and CAPA against every fault /Incident Ensuring 100% TTs getting attended and closed / Assigned with agreed SLA and with appropriate action Validating and approving Change requests Ensuring change request executed successfully within specified time duration Adhere all Standard processes for corrective / preventive planned maintenance Ability to lead team and do resource management Good Team player, motivated, good interpersonal skillsets/ good Experience: 12 to 15 years
