About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled 4D Developer with a strong understanding of C# and Java syntax to design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will work on enhancing existing systems, integrating external services, and ensuring seamless performance across 4D, C#, and Java-based components.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business applications using the 4D platform (4th Dimension), C#, and Java.
Create and manage relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
Build responsive forms and user interfaces within the 4D IDE.
Integrate REST/SOAP APIs and external services with 4D, C#, and Java-based applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper unit testing.
Participate in code reviews, identify performance improvements, and contribute to continuous enhancement.
Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and development workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with 4D application development.
Proficiency in C# and Java for application development and integration.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration.
Solid understanding of client/server architecture and multi-tier application systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with 4D or similar rapid-application development platforms.
Proficiency in C# and Java for application development and integration.
Strong SQL knowledge and relational database design skills.
