Review UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac invoices weekly/monthly for accuracy.
Identify billing discrepancies (wrong charges, duplicates, zone/weight errors).
File and follow up on disputes with carriers until resolved.
Report UPS billing, FedEx & OnTrac invoices to avoid overdue.
Submit invoices and dispute outcomes to Accounting for processing.
2. Vendor & Carrier Coordination
Coordinate with carriers and warehouses for misroutes, delays, billing issues, and escalations.
3. Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution
Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delivery issues.
Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily reports on invoices, shipment issues, billing disputes, resolutions, and operational metrics.
Skills Required
Analytical and billing/audit skills
Experience in logistics, courier billing, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
Good communication skills for dealing with carriers & internal teams
Basic Excel/reporting knowledge
Attention to detail and accountability
