Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on

3ds Max (Modeling, Texturing, Rendering, Animation)

and

SketchUp (3D Modeling, Layout, V-Ray, Plugins)

. Teach

architectural design concepts, visualization techniques, and industry best practices

. Provide

hands-on practice and project-based training

for real-world applications. Prepare structured

lesson plans, assignments, and learning material

for students. Guide students in

designing interior/exterior spaces and creating realistic 3D visualizations

. Stay updated with the

latest plugins, tools, and rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, etc.)

. Assess student progress through

practical projects, reviews, and feedback sessions

. Motivate and mentor students to build strong professional portfolios.

Requirements

Proficiency in

3ds Max

and

SketchUp

(with rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona). Strong understanding of

architectural visualization, interior/exterior design, and 3D animation basics

. Prior experience in

teaching/training

or working as a

3D designer/visualizer

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to simplify and explain

complex 3D design concepts

.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma

in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Certification in 3ds Max or SketchUp

is an added advantage. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in architectural visualization, 3D design, or training.
