Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for luxury residential projects. Develop realistic lighting, textures, and materials to showcase design intent. Prepare and modify architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts using AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams for design accuracy and coordination. Prepare presentation visuals, mood boards, and conceptual design options for client approvals. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure alignment of drawings and technical details. Work closely with site and execution teams to ensure visual designs match on-site implementation. Maintain organized drawing files and ensure version control for all design updates. Stay updated with new 3D rendering techniques, materials, and software tools. Ensure all visual outputs reflect the brand's luxury standards and project identity. Manage multiple project visualizations within set timelines and quality benchmarks.
